Referlo Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the referral program (“Program”) operated by Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning (“Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning”, “we”, “our”) and promoted via Referlo.com.au. By participating in the Program, customers agree to the following:
Eligibility
The Program is open to existing customers of Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning who are residents of South Australia.
Referrers must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning are not eligible to participate.
Referral Reward
For every successful referral, the Referrer will receive one (1) $50 Visa Gift Card.
A referral is deemed successful only when:

The referred person (“Referred Client”) books and completes paid works with Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning at their home or property; and
-
Payment for such works has been made in full.
An assessment, inspection, or quote-only visit does not qualify as a successful referral.
Referrals are only valid if made via Referlo.com.au. The Referrer must create an account on Referlo.com.au and share their unique referral link with the Referred Client.
Word-of-mouth referrals or referrals not made through a Referlo account and link will not qualify for a reward.
Reward Delivery
Gift Cards will be issued within 30 days of the referred job being completed and paid in full.
Rewards will be sent via post or email to the Referrer’s nominated address. Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards once issued.
Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Limits & Fair Use
There is no limit on the number of referrals a customer can make, provided each referral meets these terms.
Self-referrals are not permitted. A customer cannot refer themselves, their own property, or any job under their own account.
Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals and to withhold rewards for any fraudulent, false, or misleading activity.
Referred Client Discount
In addition to the Referrer reward, the Referred Client is entitled to receive $50 off their first paid service with Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning.
This discount does not apply to call-out fees, assessments, or quote-only visits.
To redeem the discount, the Referred Client must verbally notify the attending technician prior to leaving site. Failure to claim at this time will result in forfeiture of the $50 discount.
The discount is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Privacy
By providing referral details, the Referrer confirms they have the Referred Client’s consent to share their details with Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Program Changes
Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice, but will honour valid referrals made before the date of change.
Any disputes in connection with the Program will be resolved at Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning’s sole discretion, subject to applicable South Australian consumer laws.
Compliance
This Program is conducted in line with South Australian consumer and fair trading laws.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
