Referlo Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Open to existing customers of Exceed Plumbing & Air Conditioning who are SA residents, aged 18+.
• Employees, contractors and immediate family of Exceed are not eligible.

The reward

• For every successful referral, the referrer receives one $50 Visa gift card.
• A referral is successful only when the referred client books and completes paid works, paid in full. A quote or inspection-only visit does not qualify.
• The referred friend receives $50 off their first completed service.

Reward delivery

• Gift cards issued within 30 days of the referred job being completed and paid in full. Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Fair use & privacy

• No limit on referrals. Self-referrals not permitted. Exceed may withhold rewards for fraudulent activity.
• Personal information handled per Exceed’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Conducted in line with SA consumer law; nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
